We're always looking to enhance our platforms so you can have an enjoyable trading experience. On October 21, we released an update to IQ Edge that lets you roll over your options positions, view real-time maintenance excess, and change the default view for your holdings in the Positions tab. If you haven’t updated your platform yet, log in to IQ Edge to do so. Learn more

Market closure: Thanksgiving Day in the U.S.

U.S markets will be closed on November 23, 2017 for Thanksgiving. However, Canadian markets are open that day. Our client services team will be available by phone, email, and chat from 7:30 am to 8 pm to help you. For a list of our holiday closures, visit our contact us page.

Make automatic contributions with pre-authorized deposits

You can make regular or one-time contributions (Canadian and U.S. funds only) to your Questrade accounts with pre-authorized deposits. To set this up, log in to Questrade. From the ACCOUNTS area, hover over or tap FUNDING and click or tap Pre-authorized deposit.

  • It would be interesting to see the new Option Rollover Orders but I cannot see where that is in edge so I went to Help and searched for roll and rollover but both came back with no results.

    When you deliver a new feature, please include in the Learn More section, how to use it or where to go to get the command. Also, updating Help would be great.
