Set up a personal identification number (PIN) in your customer profile and use it the next time you phone us. Identify yourself with your PIN and account number to get help from us with fewer security questions. A PIN’s an optional but handy way to stay secure and get help more quickly.

On September 5, 2017 Canadian and U.S securities markets move from the T+3 standard settlement cycle to T+2. Changes for you? Very few, except your trades or securities will settle sooner—and that’s a good thing. Learn more.

Make automatic contributions with auto-deposits (pre-authorized deposits)

You can make regular or one-time contributions (Canadian and U.S. funds only) to your Questrade accounts with auto-deposits. To set this up, log in to Questrade. From the ACCOUNTS area, hover over FUNDING and click or tap Auto-deposit.
